would definitely recommend! very well written with some unique takes and evolutions on the traditional fourth wall break. interesting concept and overall great read. just left a little more to be desired in terms of the horror aspect but i know the avoidance of traditional horror scenes were a stylistic choice based on the style it was written in.

I was already so intrigued by the premise of this, but it surpassed my expectations. I don't think I was ready for how meta the story would get with discussions of "the narrative." Quickly rocketed to one of my favorite books. It's one of those that I think I'll get more out of with each reread.

Absolutely mind blowing. I read it in one sitting and sat in silence for the next 20 minutes wrapping my head around it. It defies every expectation I had going into it, and every genre I could place on it.

Go into this one as blind as possible. It's worth it.

A spin on the "infected" trope that left my jaw on the floor. Beautifully written in a way that makes you question your own narrative, a book that builds in suspense through thinly veiled social commentary and doubt. 

164 pages of brilliance. I can't recommend this book enough.

This book is an actually fresh take on the zombie apocalypse genre and at the same time an allegory for the American political divide. It was an interesting read with a lot to think about.

This wasn't what I expected it to be about but I oved it. It reminded me of the films Shaun of the Dead and They Live. I liked the commentary it made about stories and beliefs.
