Absolutely mind blowing. I read it in one sitting and sat in silence for the next 20 minutes wrapping my head around it. It defies every expectation I had going into it, and every genre I could place on it.
Graphic: Cursing and Pandemic/Epidemic
Moderate: Pandemic/Epidemic, Pregnancy, Mental illness, Alcohol, Gun violence, Confinement, Violence, Self harm, Murder, Injury/Injury detail, Death, Child death, and Gaslighting
Minor: Forced institutionalization and Infertility

Go into this one as blind as possible. It's worth it.
A spin on the "infected" trope that left my jaw on the floor. Beautifully written in a way that makes you question your own narrative, a book that builds in suspense through thinly veiled social commentary and doubt.
164 pages of brilliance. I can't recommend this book enough.
