Libby Kindle. I really liked this one! I liked it more than the first because it didn’t have so much of that push and pull.

Shouldn’t have done the audiobook, the voice characterizations were unlikeable

PHEEWWW the chemistry n sexual tension is off the CHARTS. the banter is so clever and I love their little not-really-enemies-to-lovers dynamic CHEFSKISSSS the two main characters are also both insanely funny and I love their whole friend group hehehehhe super fun n unexpected n quick read!!!

Fun albeit frivolous. The scheming the characters come up with is pretty ridiculous, and I could do with a little more drama and substance.

Like its predecessor, this book often unnecessarily repeats details and dialogue, and dragged out certain plot points longer than it needed to. I did enjoy this more than the first installment to the series though, largely due to the dynamics between the main couple, they were a fun match. I think I actually let out a few audible giggles while reading this! However, I was disappointed by how the book ended, I thought the conclusion was abrupt and would have liked at least an epilogue. A harmless entertaining read.
