Riley and Seb are absolutely everything! I wish I had half of Riley's confidence in all that I do. Riley is fun, smart, full of confidence and isn't afraid to take what she wants when she wants.

Seb gives off such tough Alpha vibes with a cool demeanor. Riley throws him for all sorts of loops that he doesn't like.

Kat blew me away with this book with the chemistry she built between Rileuly and Sebastian. There were some tears, but storms must be weathered to get to the happily ever after

It's truly something special when the second book of a series is just as good as the first - and Kat Singleton nailed it here.

I am going to do my absolute best to write this review without mentioning Founded on Goodbye at all. They are absolutely two separate love stories, and while I love FoG, Bash and Riley deserve all the attention in the world for this! I loved both of them in FoG, so I definitely went into this already attached to the characters. What I wasn’t prepared for was their depth. They both seemed so easy going and carefree in FoG, but FoT delves into their pasts and their struggles. And how those things affect them now, and affect them as a couple and their future. And how it nearly rips them apart. Sebastian and Riley had sexy flirty banter from the time Sebastian layed eyes on her, and couldn’t take them off her. I loved that their journey started in that cabin. (At least something good came out of that trip!) Having to relive the fall out between Nash and Nora ripped me apart all over again. Especially going through it from Sebastian and Riley’s POVs. It nearly kept them from reuniting. Don’t worry...Sebastian wouldn’t let it. I wasn’t expecting Bash to be so SOFT! He’s sweet, loving, caring, adorable. And he’s got a thing for countertops. When things are going perfect, so very perfect, Riley begins to doubt everything. But Sebastian doesn’t allow her to push him away or close herself off from him. He makes sure she knows how hurt he is by her trying to though. And no matter what it takes, he’s prepared to fight tooth and nail to prove that this is a forever thing.

I, for one, absolutely love when an author is writing a series and the second book overlaps the first, as Founded On Temptation does. I think it is great because it is like a story within a story. So much fun!

While Nash and Nora are in the thick of it all during his tour, his best friend and her best friend totally hit it off on their very first encounter. And that is where Founded on Temptation takes us. We get to see all that heat of Riley and Sebastian, who totally floored me.

Sebastian’s first glimpse of Riley has him hot for her, and she can’t deny the pull either. But that is all it is… just one night of pure bliss. He cannot offer her anymore because he can’t even allow himself to be touched. But when (even after all hell breaks loose between Nash and Nora) Bash still cannot get this girl out of his head, he is at a stand still, not knowing what to do. He is possessive when he shouldn’t be… distant when he shouldn’t be… and Riley’s head is spinning over the moods of this gorgeous man who she can’t stop thinking about.

This book was such a great look into the other side of a romance that I already loved so much, but with a whole new couple that I found myself falling in love with. Bash was this super sexy, but totally broken guy who you cannot help but just want to wrap in a big embrace (like he’d even let you). And Riley was such a great and loyal friend. She was just trying to make sense of what life was dealing her and I loved her for it!

I’ve come to the conclusion I can’t have a favorite couple from Kat Singleton cause each book I read of her’s I love the main couple!

Even though heavily implied I did mark this review as a spoiler as I am mentioning surprise baby trope is one of my favorites! I really like how this wasn’t the typical surprise baby scenario where they have a one night stand and then all of the sudden FMC is pregnant. Sebastian and Riley had already been together a few times and were growing feelings and becoming a serious couple when they realized Riley was pregnant.

Sebastian’s past causes a lot of friction between the two with Sebastian learning to feel safe in a relationship and Riley having to trust what Sebastian has been through won’t cause him to up and leave her but in the end, as always, they got their happily ever after.
