I found myself fascinated by the descriptions of the accommodations available at Fern Valley Camping resort and less so than the mystery of who killed the script writer and the social media influencer the deeper I got into the book. While the insider’s look into film industry was a neat hook it seemed to drag the story out. That said the concept of a glamping resort in an original one that I would pick up for another go around.

I thoroughly enjoyed this mystery story set in a Hollywood setting. This had me guessing and guessing who the murder was and in the end I was wrong. Heather has created characters who are colorful and she develops them in a way that you will learn about them as you read.
