Liked the book. Liked the characters. 
I usually love when there aren't unnecessary scenes which was the case with book but sometimes it felt like we missed out important moments. For example, MMC meeting her parents.

I don’t know if it’s because Cannon is perfect or if this had all the right tropes that I just loved. Or maybe it aligned just right with my mood. But everything in this story fell into place perfectly for me. I think this might be my favorite couple in the series. Also while these books are usually great as standalone, this one I think is better if you’ve read the few before to see the tension build between Cannon and Persephone.
