Ten interviews with artists along with the master printer who helped create the work. Each interview is an exploration of each project, talking about the progress of ideas, and the technical challenges involved in making the prints.

Before reading this book I didn't appreciate just how experimental the printmaking process is, even for prints that don't look particularly experimental. This book also opened my eyes to how it is to work with a master printer, and the collaborative process involved. There's a diverse range of print projects included, and (importantly for a book of this nature) it's also a well produced book with good illustrations. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the printmaking process.
