I was raised Catholic, but have come to appreciate the Jewish approach to repentance. I love how this book breaks down and explains the various stages to an authentic repentance and changed behavior.

a well-researched thorough look at the concept of repentance in small+large ways. felt a little sterile and instagram infographic to me and i was looking for more of a personal, spiritual text but i do think a lot about amends (hello, 9th step) and appreciated the stories, examples, and nuance the author provided here
