this felt quite shallow in terms of character exploration in the same way other books in this genre seem to tend towards, but otherwise this was pretty well written and fun. cringe at times but par for the course i think

Loved Rhett and summers story. It was a cute fun read but I felt like they fell for each other way to fast plus

the plot twist with her ex boyfriend aka her brother-in-law was kinda wild 💀😭

but I still loved it and am definitely going to read the rest of the series

OH MY GOOOOOSH. I'm officially in my cowboy era 😍

I absolutely devoured this. I bought the second book when I was only a quarter of the way through and I'm sure I'll do the same with the third.

Our firecracker heroine is perfect. I want to be her friend. She doesn't take shit for herself or those around her. And I love that she has brown eyes. They deserve main character status, too!

The Eaton family is amazing and I'm so happy to contine their stories. Rhett is the perfect misunderstood hero and I adored him.

I will definitely be reading more Elsie Silver books in the future!
