It started out well.

“The burr and whisper of its labored action came through his emaciated flesh with surprising loudness. I frowned and went on to the lungs, and found them suffering from the effects of that faulty circulation.”

But then it ventured into and remained in such non-sensical gibberish that I couldn’t continue.

Abbu and Zud and Zollaria and Zitra and pyramids at Scira and the reign of Tamhys and the Zollarian War and the dark world of Zitemku, etc etc.

Also, I think it all comes too fast and there’s no learning curve.

It’s really a lot of filler for just a story about a man trying to impress a princess.
