"Because sometimes, broken pieces find a way to make a new whole."
Aaaaah I am going to miss this series so much. This book felt like it tried to do a lot at once, but ultimately it was about Eden and Daniel figuring out how to rebuild their relationship and I loved it (because brotherly relationships are some of my favorite relationships atp). I initially read 100 pages and stayed up until 2 AM and then never had the time to finish it until now. But I can't believe I finished this series!!

Rebel is an absolutely amazing final installment in the Legend series. It provides a glimpse into Daniel and Eden's lives ten years later, as they try to reconnect with their true selves outside of the Republic of America. As Eden gets an intriguing offer from a dangerous man, he finds himself drifting farther away from the safety and comfort of the relationship he used to have with Daniel. The brothers struggle to gain back the trust they once had with each other, while simultaneously dealing with Antarctica's most infamous criminal. And of course, it wouldn't be a Legend story without June. Daniel confronts his complicated feelings for her as she makes a reappearance in his life after all these years, while Eden faces some romantic tension of his own with his best friend and partner in crime, Pressa. Rebel very satisfyingly wraps up the story told in the Legend trilogy, and also introduces some exciting new plot points. 100% recommend for anyone who loves Legend.
Moderate: Gun violence, Violence, Grief, Death of parent, and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Sexual content

This is the last book in the Legend series. It wasn't my favorite, but it ends the book very nicely. It's worth the read. If you have read any other of the Legend books, this is definitely different, and it continues with the cliffhanger of the last book.
Minor: Sexual content
