The reviews for this book were extremely negative, so I was surprised how quickly it sucked me in. It was like hearing scandalous gossip about people you know, I was at times grossed out and outraged but I couldn't stop reading. I must say I was very unhappy that the slimy thing Hector did wasn't revealed at the end. He didn't actually have any punishment for it. But other than that this was....well, enjoyable doesn't seem quite right, but it drew me in and didn't let me go till I'd finished.
