Like her other book but not this one. I felt like it was repetitive in some ways but also extra woo-woo. No major take always (though if you’ve never done self work you may get better mileage).

Turns out I'd already done the work! This book is somewhat basic, and if you're queer, trans and/or neurodivergent some questions and exercises get pretty dicey.
