The biggest takeaway was: don't be a Greek Hero.
This was more tragic than the Greek Gods by about 1000x.
Graphic: Animal death, Death, Violence, Murder, Fire/Fire injury, and War
Moderate: Animal cruelty, Child death, Physical abuse, Death of parent, Gaslighting, and Sexual harassment
Minor: Cannibalism

Reading this after reading both Percy Jackson and the Heroes of Olympus, I found it really interesting as I recognized random different names and stories.
A great companion book to both of Rick Riordan's Greek mythology series!
