Some people say this is just a modern rip-off of Catcher in the Rye. Then again, I didn't like Catcher in the Rye.

I am a little bit broken after finishing this book but that is ok.
I've wanted to read it for so long.

An introspective journey on how the experiences we go through are decisive in shaping who we become, but also how friends and family can help us through most of it. Facing our fears, having the courage to express what we need, making ourselves a priority...

I loved it, but I'm afraid it is to soon to understand all the greatness in this book, I need to process all the information.

I'm sure the movie is better than the book and that's why I'll be watching that tonight instead of dwelling in regret about the time I wasted reading about a 16 year old kid who cried at everything like some middle aged divorcee who's hit menopause too soon. This is an example of a book that I'm not even sure a teenager would enjoy. I'm also really glad I'm not in high school anymore, I mean, what a shit hole.
