This book should have stayed in the 2010s. I tried to reread this series because I never finished it in high school and I just wanted to get to the ending. But I’m beginning to remember why I put them down. The characters say things that simply should never be said and the way this book speaks about characters is problematic. I believe I will once again have to put this series down.
