Well that ended on a high note. I know that Neferet is supposed to be immortal now, but I really hope she stays down (we know she won't, but a girl can hope).

For a House of Night Novel it was pretty good and although I was out of this whole Zoey world I got back in really quickly.

I do remember why I stopped reading these. The writing style is quite odd, the constant switching between first and third person when switching POVs is quite frustrating. The last 3 chapters hooked me. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not another one...

I stopped reading this nonsense at book number 10k. I think it's time to end this series which has been stretched out as far as it can go and will likely snap at anytime now. Cheers to the Casts who obviously feel that making $$$ is better than writing something solid with a clean and clear cut plot. So, thanks to a great review by a fellow reader, I can forgo reading this trash and rate it right away. One Star for the cool cover...
