I found this book far less compelling than the previous ones I’ve read by the author. The idea felt very interesting, I just wasn’t sure about the pacing.

Ótimo livro de fantasia, boa descrição do mundo que ele está inserido e da religião, que é um fator central no desenvolvimento da história. Muita política e devaneios de imperialismo (do vilão). Pra mim não é 5 estrelas porque esperava mais, já que é uma duologia. Tudo se resolveu de forma bem rápida nos últimos 8% do livro e eu senti que faltava algo. Porém, com certeza vou ler o segundo.
