I tried my best, I gave it my all but this book is hell bent on frustrating me! I fucking hate the ‘daddy’ kink, where the hell did that come from? It was not in book 1! And why tf are they winking all the goddamn time?! It’s like no one can make a statement without ending it with a wink. Jesus!
Ugh, if I see one more wink I might just kms.
I am dnf-ing at 91% because everyone became stupid, FMC is so fucking stupid and her husband is annoying tf outta me. I can’t do this anymore. I need to preserve the brain cells I have left. Bye y’all . I’m out!

I liked this one the plot is good at some points it did start to feel dragged out but I’m still going to read the next book. The grammar in this book is better than the last.

I like the story overall.. a lot goes on. I’m likely gonna put a pause on reading the next one until the next one comes out so I can binge them.

The book was good with a fairly fast pace and lots of drama. I did hit a pretty bad reading slump in the middle of this book but when I did read I always wanted to keep going I just struggled to pick up the book

I struggle with these characters. The MMC seems so weak, like how is he a Don when he never protects or actually stops anything from happening. I read book one and thought the same thing but I figured the characters would grow as the books went on, but that isn’t what happened.
