I remember absolutely adoring this book as a kid and I decided to re-read it quickly this week to see if it might be age appropriate for my daughter, i think i'll wait a year or two to show it to her but i'm really surprised to see how well this book holds up even all these decades later and i'm really excited to share it with both my daughters in time.

Everything finally clicked for me on the last page and I understood why this book is so iconic. Covering these topics in such a digestible format was genius. Wish I read it in elementary school!

Classic for good reason, the amount of times she’s like AM I NORMAL like grrrl yr 12 you are a freak of nature
Also Judy Blume covers some controversial shit and I feel like she doesn’t get her flowers like she deserves but maybe I’m trippin
