I bought this book in high-school but never read it. I knew it focused on eating disorders but wow was this intense, in the best way. It's incredibly written, and doesn't shy away from the true horrors of eating disorders.

One of the only books to ever make me cry, masterful work.

I hated the format of this book. Though a very raw and harsh story it was written in a “childish way”. It’s hard to explain but something about the format of this book annoyed me. The story overall was interesting and I enjoyed it overall. As I said earlier, this book is VERY raw and super detailed. So ig TW!!?! But again I don’t mind that, so that wasn’t a turn off for me.

Incredible book. Main character really shows what having an eating disorder is like.

This was deep and emotionally draining. It was a reread for me this year but i understood the topics even more. Surprisingly, the reread hit just as hard as when I read it the first time, which is a first for me. I loved even though it was hard at times. I absolutely recommend, unless it’s triggering for you. keep in mind as you read.

This book is so good! But read the Trigger Warnings if you struggle with eating idk if you should read this I mean the ending I loved it yk it shows that you should get help and its kinda like therapy but the beginning I feel like it just gives tips what you should do to lose weight which was kinda triggering for me I cried so much while reading this book but I still loved it somehow.
