Def the best dark Olympus book so far. Love how there is a secondary plot building up in the background. It seemed predictable but then I kept getting surprised by how we got to the ending. The bickering between the three of them?? To die for.

I just love this series so much. Paris is such an ass, I wanted to punch him in his smug face! But Achilles? Patroclus? Freaking swoon!
Moderate: Gaslighting, Blood, Gore, Medical content, and Injury/Injury detail

This book was good and enjoyable to read, but I did not like how much it strays from historical accuracy. I did not think the relationships between the characters made sense, and the world that this retelling was set in was mildly confusing. Robert's writing was enticing, though, and I would be interested in reading more of her books.

I utterly enjoyed reading this book!
First of all: the representation was soo good! I never read a book that had a character use they/them pronouns. I loved it.
The three main characters had a great dynamic and I loved them together as well as everyone on their own.
The plot would have still worked without spice (which I prefer) but the spice was of course a great bonus!
Don´t even get me started on the spice.. it was +chefs kiss+ 5 stars. Really well written.
Overall I enjoyed the plot as well as the spicy scenes a lot and would definitely recommend the book to every spicy romance reader!
