Mar 2020 - Re-read #1: Still really love these books.
Tiffany is living in Lancre to learn the ways of witching. One night she witnesses the Dark Morris dance and feels compelled to join. Doing so, she accidentally danced with the Wintersmith and now she has his attention. Will she find a solution to his romantic interests? Will she be able to bring back the balance between winter and summer?
A very fun Tiffany Aching story. We get to see her growing up, less like a child and more figuring out her way in the adult world, including a little romantic interest. We get to see a lot of the Lancre witches too; it’s fun to see Tiffany and Granny Weatherwax interacting.

Took me a few attempts to get into it (the Feegle language always throws me, kind of like reading Shakespeare), but a pretty satisfying read.

The Nac Mac Feegles and Tiffany return in this third tale of adventure set in beloved Discworld. Pratchett never fails to disappoint, especially while recounting the adventures of Tiffany. I read this years ago and remember loving every second of it. If you are a fan of discworld, tiny fighting men or trainee witches this is a must.

Typical Pratchett. That is to say: a gift to the world, so dizzyingly clever and compassionate that it’s almost a shame to see it casually heaped in with dozens of similarly clever, similarly compassionate Pratchett books.

Tiffany Aching is growing up. She may be a very capable witch ...but she's still a girl - and the land is in her bones. Pratchett's take on the cycle of the seasons just tickles my pagan heart.

this I choose to do.
(some parts were strained for me and too myth/romance based but always love Tiffany)

No es el mejor libro de las nuevas brujas, pero si uno muy efectivo.
