Very cute book. I loved the characters and laughed out loud several times. The reason I only gave it a three was that the storyline kind of wandered off track at times. I would recommend though

Home to Woefield was such a fun read! This book held great characters and a lot of humor. I particularly adored Sarah. She was so witty, yet sweet. I flew through this story and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with each character.

The author mentions being inspired by Cold Comfort Farm and Nick Hornby, which I can totally see. It has the same optimism and humour as Cold Comfort, updated for a post modern era. It's cute without being cloying and does the country/city juxtaposition quite well.

I kind of hated Prudence at the beginning of the book, but I got through and enjoyed the read! Fun story. Sara may have been my favorite.

Humor, with heart. But much better than that pithy statement would have you believe.
