The main character is very blah. She's also very "oh my gosh I'm so ugly, no one will ever love me, what is the point of my life" Very much a pick-me

This was exactly what my brain needed right now... the drama was a bit sudden and underdeveloped, and I didn't really feel the chemistry between the main OTP, but Natalie was brilliant, awkward and paranoid and so completely relatable, I adored her from page 1. Plus, she has a wonderfully dark sense of humour that had me laughing out loud many times and we all know how much a good laugh is needed these days. Very recommendable.

Ahh, holy heck this was SO CUTE. I have heart eyes for this book. I am never going to not have heart eyes for this book.
Natalie, the protagonist, and her friends, Lucy and Zach, have just graduated high school and Zach's older brother, Alex, graduated a year prior and is working as an apprentice. The feelings of confusion they felt were SO DANG RELATABLE. I am nineteen and graduated two years ago, and I still don't have a clue what I'm doing or what I want to do, and it is always a comfort knowing that so many people and characters are going through the same thing.
Also the romance in this book, AHHHH. So cute. I totally have a book crush on Natalie's love interest, what a sweetie.
Nina Kenwood, I adore you.
