This book is required reading for life.
For me it's a guide of existence. A thought process, a hope, belief. The secret is that thoughts have power, and therefore you have all the power in the world locked away inside your mind. To be and achieve everything you might ever want.
For people who understand the message of this book and embrace it with their whole heart and mind, it is phenomenal. I only wish that more people would open themselves up to it's insight.

Much of what is said within wasn't new information to me, but only because I have other family members and friends who had already read it, or currently live by the wisdom it puts forth. So at times I wasn't as moved as a first time reader might be. But it's the sort of book that I'd like to carry around on my person for personal growth at all time. I'm not a religious person, though I have faith, but this book is my equivalent of a bible. If there was a tiny pocket edition that I could hand out to people on the streets I would.

In much the same way that individual faiths and religions should be respected and not shoved down people's throats, the material of this book follows the same principles. If you are ready to change your life and explore your place in the universe, then I encourage you to pick it up and profit from it. If the idea of a random book being compared to a holy work makes you uncomfortable or roll your eyes, then maybe this just isn't the right time or place for you to read this and that's okay too. To each their own.

But for me personally, this book is a life line and I recommend it to anyone regardless of circumstance, race, religion, gender, or any other arbitrary trait. Each person on the planet stands something to gain from this book.

Read it.

I am continuously in ahh in the way that this book is depected with such hate.

To everyone who has ever wrote a negative review for this book, this story is for you.

I was walking around in the isles, when I stumbled upon the self help section. I must have been having a bad day that day because I remember feeling unbelievably overwhelmed by the copious amount of people telling me that they can make my life better, as if mine wasn't good enough and at the time I felt that.

"If I bought every single book off these shelves would my life become this sort of 'magic' they talk about? Do they follow their philosophies? The writing industry is a business industry too,"I thought.

So I got out my laptop and began to sort out my thoughts. After some contoplation, I came to this conclusion: you can buy every single book off those shelves but they will NOT help you unless you put them into action. REMEMBER: That these people wrote about their own systems because no one else did. That means that you might have to write your own.

Manifestation and the laws of attraction. With every chapter they would rewrite the same paragraph over and over again. 50% of the book is covered by peoples profiles and their professions. They say “studies shows” but never cite the actual studies. It gives you the message but the actual delivery of it is shit.

This book only emphasis on the concept of thinking positive, thought becoming things etc......which indeed comes under the principal of "law of attraction".

“You cannot “catch” anything unless you think you can, and thinking you can is inviting it to you with your thought. You are also inviting illness if you are listening to people talking about their illness. As you listen you are giving all of your thought and focus to illness, and when you give all of your thought to something, you are asking for it. And you are certainly not helping them. You are adding energy to their illness. If you really want to help that person, you can change the conversation to good things, if you can, or be on your way. As you walk away, give your powerful thoughts and feelings to seeing that person well, and then let it go.”
