This book follows Eden, a woman who would do anything to become a mother and Jessie, who has recently gone through a loss in her life and as a result has become an insomniac. Their stories intertwine and keep you on the edge of your seat.

I gave it a 3 out of 5 ⭐️s. It really held my attention the whole novel and kept me guessing and TOTALLY threw me for a loop. However, that twist toward the end, ruined it for me. Without giving too much away, there just seemed to be too much unreliability.

On the other hand, Kubica did a great job detailing the life of an insomniac. And her writing was superb as usual.

What a fail! One of the worst endings that I’ve have ever read, the book itself it’s not bad because it keeps you interested but the ending kills the whole book

Too wishy washy

If we hard to follow this book. Then the ending - what I'm earth was that? Just bizarre and not easy to follow.

A riveting book - until the end, when the plot twist undoes nearly everything the story set up. Disappointing.
