“Several People Are Typing” by Calvin Kasulke is a rollercoaster ride, to say the least! This book is written in the form of Slack conversations, a modern-day epistolary piece one might say. It was funny, gripping, and weird in the right ways. The story revolves around Gerald whose consciousness gets stuck in slack, while his colleagues are going through their parallel stories. This office seems like the kind of office you want to work in, and the characters are quirky in their way. This book will be good to get out of a reading slump. This book was not my cup of tea but I would recommend it to people who would like to read something fast-paced, and mildly mindbending.

format was cute, laugh out loud funny at times, but never went deep enough into anything to make me think about this for more than a few minutes after I finished it
