It was alright. Felt repetitive and targeted heavily towards the female audience (as expected) so it didn’t mean too much for me. At times was informative.

I’ve read a lot of books and articles about sex and sexuality and I think this is one of the best - which surprised me! I was also surprised to see how well some of the neuroscience about liking, pleasure and wanting (in general, not specific to sex) was represented here. The author has a kind and entertaining tone. I think many people who have struggled with sex or want to understand someone else’s difficulties with sex could benefit from reading this.

The best book on women's sexuality I think I've ever read ... Highly recommended.

Incredible. Sure, somewhat redundant. But the messages and learning is so important for women. Our bodies are all normal. We each have accelerators and breaks. A truly feminist novel that proves women’s sexuality deserves more research and that as women;
Our sexuality is groundbreaking.
Our sexuality is groundbreaking.

Very good for someone who feels shame and discomfort with sex or the idea of sex. It’s science based and takes a good pace to unlock different aspects that usually seem so scary, and helps to flip the narrative from scary to exciting.

Just fantastic. Tears down deeply ingrained myths about sexuality, gives info and tools needed to improve your sex life, and personally I learned things I had NO idea I didn't know about my own physical self. This book falls into the category of "basically everyone should read this". Highly recommend! One caveat: can be a bit long winded - the author lots of words to describe things.
