Great to be back with the Auxem and their potential mates.

Ayrie has lost much in his life: his mother, the females of his planet and less dramatically his love of the Sea. He had to abandon his studies to return home to take part in the trial with human women. He doesn't want to love again, he doesn't believe he could survive another lost loved one.

Elle saw Ayrie as an escape from her abusive life. He was a lifeline nothing more. Then why after months aboard ship does she crave nothing more than a touch from her "husband". They haven't bonded or had sex because they both fear the rejection syndrome.

But when they get stranded on an island paradise they realise they share the same fears and begin to draw closer.

Great mix of action, adventure and passion. Great to catch up with Nate and his family too!
