What did I just read??
Holy mess… I am not 100% sure what I just read. Amo Jones knows how to write a book. This book literally has me questioning if I understood this book at all. I almost stopped where the book suggested I stop for a happily ever after… But what is the fun in that? I have a feeling I will inhale book two quicker than I did book one. Who in the world is Harper? Who in the world is Isa? Who in the world is Brooke? Who in the world is Bryant? Bravo to the author and reader be warned…. nothing is as it is as it seems.

Hahahahaha!!!! I couldn’t help but laugh once I finished this book. Not because anything was funny or bad.. but because Amo Jones got me. I finally found a book where the ending surprised the hell out of me. Nope. Didn’t see that coming!!
You get a feeling some weird shit is going on but Boom! That twisted ending...
I’m so glad I didn’t wait years like many fan of Amo Jones had to, to get the sequel. I’m about to read it right now to see WTF is going on.
5 stars. Because this book kept me reading, kept me guessing, and has some damn good character building.

What. The. Actual. Fuck.
By now I should have learned my lessons well and expect nothing but be totally mindfucked by any of the author's work, but I guess I haven't yet based on my totally nonplussed reaction. The twist in this story was something I didn't reckon and completely suckerpunched me unaware. Just a few hours after consuming this book, I'm trying to think about all I've read and was left with more questions that badly needed answers. Gahhh!!! Suffice it to say, my mind is working overtime figuring things out.
Isa and Bryant's chemistry is fire, but one that was rife with secrets and lies. There were times that I don't know how they will work out as a couple because of their headstrong personalities, but as the story progresses, they have slowly opened up to each other. In true Ms. Jones' fashion, she has left me here with that mind boggling ending. I fucking loved it and I couldn't wait for book two!

I loved this book so much, Isa and Bryant, two characters so interesting and deep. Isa a girl that likes one night stands and living on the limit, while Bryant is a royal dominant. With a marriage of convenience in between makes this story a fantastic read for everyone who loves Amo Jones and dark stories. So unpredictable that you just need to keep on reading until the end.

Interesting story
This was an incredibly interesting story, but it was too choppy. The writing wasn't very smooth. I also felt it was set up to go much steamier, and the author lost an opportunity there. I will most likely be reading the next one.

I’m just confused. I didn’t hate the plot and there was finally some character development but then the end was wild rushed. What just happened??
