This books doesn't present anything new in transgender discourse. It was ok but nothing groundbreaking, and excessively wordy at times. Some circular speech as well.

a good introduction to the concept of trans care. I loved the comparison of care in the trans community as a web and the descriptions of how care looks different in the queer community. there are many introductory thoughts and concepts that get you thinking, but are not very connected with one another( it’s only 70 pages so it makes sense).

Extremely strong read. I appreciated Malatino's attention to trans archives and hirstoricity (from historicity). Very much loved "Theorizing with Trans Care."
