it felt like the author was glorifying the serial killer and the descriptions of his violence against women in the first 30 pages alone were so graphic and disturbing I couldn't keep reading it. also the author kept trying to tie in kurt vonnegut for some reason just because he lived in cape cod during this time?? so pointless
