I enjoy Clark’s SF poetry quite a lot. Way more than his horror poetry, which seems to be what he’s been offering more of these past few years.

This book is all SF and a there seemed to be two main categories: those about moons and planets or space (“Night Before the Blood Red Moon”, “The Dark Between the Stars”, and pop culture referenced poems (“42”, Soace Oddity”, “The Last Western”). They were all fun and many even providing some food for thought.

This was a an easy, entertaining read. Just what I needed right now. 3.5 stars rounded up to 4.
