As much as I adore Eva Rice, I had very low expectations for this book. Sorry! I should've trusted you more, Eva! I actually quite liked this.
As usual, Eva conjured the setting of her novel so well it was like being there. I was perhaps only really invested in the story of Misty, but I liked how her and her sister's stories overlapped at the end.
