This freaky little short story may be my Roman Empire.

Read this if you like disturbing stories that leave you at the end with the thought: “honestly? Good for her”

I actually think it’s a pretty funny story the same way that a Junji Ito story is funny — It’s deeply upsetting but you also love how absurd it is and you’re like yessssss YESSSS! (I’m the “sickos” meme guy in this scenario)

Short, sweet, creepy, and an interesting take on postpartum depression.

Short book, but an effective exploration of gaslighting and a descent into madness. The use of art and patterns within were just absolutely perfect.
