Thoroughly enjoyed this book about the history of quarantine - interesting that the authors set out to write it quite a bit before Covid 19 hit.

Fantastic! Pairs really well with The Sixth Extinction. This is as much about humanity as it is about disease.

Pretty fascinating book about different types of quarantine (medical, agricultural, interplanetary, nuclear) and provides examples throughout quarantine. It reads a bit more like a podcast with a bunch of episodes than a cohesive book, but I still really enjoyed thinking more about how we can use quarantine in the future. One fun fact: apparently there was a conference for what to do about a novel coronavirus just weeks before Covid-19 started to spread.
