Another great book written by Greer and Sarah. I love the writing style and I was completely mesmerised front to back. Compelling, mysterious and utterly suspenseful. I love reading anything written by these authors! Fast paced, unpredictable and absolutely gripping what a thriller. 4.5 Stars!!

This was an interesting plot. I did a lot of these studies in college, so it was interesting considering how much info we share with who we consider experts and with therapists. The writing was as usual a little over-explainy, but that helps when the ol' brain is at capacity.  Was wondering if the author had sensitivity readers for disability for this one. I really wasn't into the present tense narration.

I’m struggling with my feelings on this one … it was clearly addicting as I binged it in one day, but I was so angry at the MCs the entire time 😅 if they each took time to communicate with their significant others, literally none of this would have happened

jessica is feeling a bit lost in life - and like same girl, except I’m not volunteering for sketchy ways to get money because if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is 🥴🥴

the therapist running the sketchy sessions is not much smarter either. she’s completely obsessed with finding out if her husband is cheating on her - and is willing to do whatever necessary 🥴 which of course lead me to guess her dark ways

it was all very predictable, yet so bingeable, and I found myself more annoyed than enthralled reading this one

moral of the story: just talk to your friends and family, I promise it’s better than lying thank yew
