So I didn't really like ANYONE in this book, but I'm intrigued enough by the world building to read the second one in the series when it comes out.

This is a cut romance that takes place in Fairytell land. I liked the characters,  but found the plot lacking.

Maybe 3.5. It was a lovely story. I will go one to read the other 2 book. Just what I needed I quick little happy story. I want my fairy godmothers to start meddling a little more.

I really wanted to love this one because well Fairy Godmothers in an adult romance just hits a few boxes for me. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the characters in this...which that's the main reason to read a romance outside of, well, the romance. Super bummed out.

I received an ecopy of this book via Netgalley; however, my opinions are my own.

A fairy tale retelling always peaks my interest. I picked up book one with the hopes that it would match the magic and adorableness of [b:Enchanted, Inc.|603398|Enchanted, Inc. (Enchanted, Inc., #1)|Shanna Swendson|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1388469170l/603398._SY75_.jpg|589968]. It did not have any similar storyline or theme. Fairy Godmothers, Inc. has modern day magic with fairy tale creatures, but it also throws in language, cheating, and some open door romance. I'll re-read Enchanted, Inc for modern day magic and a cute couple.
