I really like this author
This second book in the series. this is a new series that I found and really like and the author and style of writing so she is definitely one of many authors I will continue reading from.

I just can't...
There's nothing I find appealing to go on ahead.
I didn't like anything about it - not the writing, the characters, the story..it all fell way off.

I'm going to be a bit more hesitant to pick this author in the future but since I've liked her books when I last read them a couple of years back...I'm still holding on to hope and will come back to read her books.

This is like every Lifetime-esque romance. Ordinary woman meets corporate, overworking man who she originally can’t stand. They banter back and forth and begrudgingly fall in love. There’s nothing particularly good or bad about it. You know what you’re getting and it’s an easy, light read.

Yeh, no this is not for me. It was just a bit bland to be honest. WHERE’S THE FLAVOURRRR?

This enemies to lovers billionaire romance in the DATING series (which was also a fake boyfriend trope romance) starts off with Jared paying yet another visit to Bliss, the high end lingerie shop where Sarah works. She assumes he’s there to buy panties for yet another of his mistresses. Until he sends his purchases to her. This was cute and these two had a sultry dynamic. I really liked Sarah and her no-nonsense attitude and the shopping scene was fun! I think this is my second favorite one of the series, after book three (the Christmas book.)

Please excuse typos/name misspellings. Entered on screen reader.

This was a cute read that I dd struggle to fully get into. This book has great potential but fell a bit short for me--the characters were not always likable and the storyline as a whole felt a bit rushed. I would have enjoyed seeing the relationship between Jared and Sarah develop a bit more. Overall, this was a quick and at times funny, if not predictable read, that did not quite pull me as much as previous books by this author.
