really good!! i had read sandra cisneros before, specifically the house on mango street, and very much enjoyed it. so i wanted to check out her poetry, and she didn't disappoint! these are incredibly emotionally powerful and quite a lot of them resonated with me. i like how the author incorporated her culture and also used both english and spanish ^_^

Sandra Cisneros has taught me that poetry doesn’t always have to rhyme or make sense. I’ve enjoyed this collection of poetry because it was raw and honest.
