Doesn't feel completed...

Just like part one, I liked the story, but feel that so much is missing. It's hard to explain what's missing without a few spoilerish questions...

Spoiler
Who is the suited man?
Was the suited man the boss or a lackey of someone bigger at BridgeGate?
Who is funding BridgeGate?
Was that the only facility?
What happened to the other shifters released by Theo and Doug?
Why didn't they realize that the tracking device in Mimi's arm gave BridgeGate the location of Scarfell?
Speaking of tracking devices, what about the car they used for the getaway, shouldn't it have had a tracking device like the first car they appropriated from BridgeGate?
Why would the leader of Scarfell just accept folks who brought danger to his mountain & community?

I still liked Theo and Abby, but at different points, I wanted to smack 'em both. Doug was a nice addition to the story. It's easy to see that he and Toni could be a couple down the line although I'm not so sure i would have trusted her so easy. She did choose to work for BridgeGate after all.
