awww eli i love you so so much ahh he’s so cute i just wanna protect him from the whole world. The bond between eli and phoenix is amazing im obsessed with them two especially. and the scenes with eli phoenix and brooke were my favourites their little trio gets me every time. kade is growing on me at the moment but i don’t love him love him yet. and hudson is still a dickhead in most scenes but his caring personality underneath is SLOWLY shining through, hoping to see more of his character development in next book🤞

they way they teamed togther to give her their clothes because she barely had any made my heart melt 🥺

help i cackling in the scene near the end when Brooke tried to commit sucide and is like bleeding to death and phoenix is trying to save her and at the same time all hudson is worrying about is the fact he’s sat alone in the cafeteria lmaoo💀😭

ELI SPEAKING AT THE END FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE HE WAS A CHILD TELLING HER NOT TO COMMIT SUCIDE I SCREAMED AND CRIED😭😭😭i just knew deep down he’d try and speak at some point but i wasn’t expecting this soon

This was instant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me! 
I was reading Corpse Roads by the same author and a lot of random names start showing up in book #2 so I was like "do all these random characters have their own book? And they sure did!!

This book is about five broken minds and souls who find each other in an psychiatric institute. But Blackwood Institute is not what it's seems to be.

The writing is very well done! You can really feel the pain the main characters go through in this book. The spice is also well done IYKYK 😏 and this book also have a mystery plot!!! The suspense is blowing my mind!!!! I'm starting with the second book right now!
