I've read a few David Baldacci novels and enjoyed them.  This one was a little more domesticated?? maybe.  Not as much intrigue; really more of a murder(s) mystery.

The story line was somewhat unbelievable; the main character, an ex Army Ranger seems to be the only one really investigating the murders that happen in the book and the actual cops only show up to get the details from the Ranger.  The ending was kind of ridiculous and a let down.

Not what I've come to expect from a Baldacci story!

Very well written!

This book took you through so many different scenarios, curves, and changes that made it so great in the end. I hope there will be many more Travis Devine books!!

While I enjoy this author this book really frustrated me. The entire book was a red herring - the whole book.

I got as an eaudio books as most of my reads are. I got as far as Chapter 9. The voice was very hard to listen to, very bland and monotone. The story just didn't captivate me or indeed hold my attention, I just kept drifting. It would be a good one to help me sleep!
