tbh there’s not really a lot going on plot wise. it’s just a bunch of “heated stares” and “burning touches”. not a lot of action for a mafia romance. also, the events of the book take place within like three weeks which is kinda weird. cute ending though

I LOVE to read about a big family and branches of the family, but this was just too much. I was confused as all when characters were being brought up and I was like...who's side of the family is this person on? I kinda got over that 200 pages in, so hopefully, when I read the next book I'm not struggling as much.

It wasn't hitting as hard as I'd hoped it would, but it wasn't something that made me want to completely put down the series.

Would let Nico punch me in the face.

Loved this series, check the TWs but the writing was so good. The slow burn romance was perfectly executed and I loved, loved the ending. Already grabbed book number two as tik tok says it's even better.

One of the best mafia romance I've read.
Arranged Marriage
This was so fucking hot.
It had the Best sexual tension.
Nicolas Russo is one of the hottest men I've read.
They're both very sexy.
The jealousy scenes when Elena talks to Christian>>>
Loved this book so much!

I loved this book so much and Elena and Nick’s relationship. He was head over heels in love with her like genuinely obsessed and I ate that shit up.
Not a 5 star purely because of the miscommunication because that pissed me off.
they both thought each-other didn’t want/like/love each-other throughout the whole book and that could’ve been resolved so quickly.
Regardless, I loved Danielle Lori’s writing style and will be defo picking up the next 2 books soon!

Fun, sexy read. Glad the MMC had an actual personality beyond mafia asshole, but not sure I’d read any of the other books in this universe. Just here for a silly time
