While the book is hampered by a weak ending that sees series writers Tom Seely and Tom King and series artist Mikel Janin leave shortly before the book ends, the first 90% of this is a delightful, thrilling, and beautifully illustrated sci fi spy thriller.

The bulk of the collection is easily 5 stars. Seeley, King, and Janin are a fantastic team and give the spy game a true sense of colorful fun. Somewhere around the "Robin War" issues, the storyline gets lost and then a change in creative team sends the end of the run down a much more generic path.

I really hoped to like this series, but I just don't get it. I don't know what they were going for. This never felt like Dick Grayson. It could have been anyone. At worst it's boring and at best, inconsequential. I'm glad it's over.

I’m not really a great comic reviewer since I can’t really judge them based on previous runs (I’m slowly but surely getting deeper into the DC universe), so i just base the rating of a comic on whether i enjoyed it.

I just really liked Dick Grayson as a spy 🤷🏻‍♀️

Dick Grayson is my favorite superhero, and these characterizations are PERFECT honestly. I kind of love this series.
