Pretty decent start and nice to see its been rebooted but I would’ve liked to have seen a bit more of an “edge” to it - but I am looking forward to Vol. 2.

3.5 – Really liked the new Xander! Hated the sexism in the Dark Horse comic so much, it ruined everything for me. I miss the old Cordelia and crazy Drusilla a lot in this version though. But still excited to continue the story.

I'm not sure if this serves as a reboot to the lovable Buffy The Vampire Slayer comics or just serves to bring it to a new generation. But I really enjoyed it. The art is fantastic, it looks as though the characters in the show stepped on to the page. The pacing was good it didn't take too much time explaining the story and threw you right in to all the craziness that surrounds Buffy. It is a series I would definitely consider continuing when I have time to binge as many as possible.
