This book was enjoyable! I liked the plot and the two timelines. I do think the ending could have been better, but overall a good book.

Thrilling, nerve wrecking, mind blowing….

The Reunion by Kiersten blew my expectations out of the water, which is hard to do when you’re the self proclaimed #1 fan of hers. Her writing sucked me in with the first few sentences. “I didn’t want to return to Hotel Lilith. Not after everything that happened” BUT W H Y?? that was a question I HAD to know and Kiersten kept me waiting to find that out.

Not only did she have me sucked in to the mystery of what happened at Hotel Lilith, but the flashbacks to Cait’s high school days made me nostalgic for my ‘first’ everything. I re-read the main characters first kiss at least 5 times, because I remember those feelings all too well (s/o to T Swift) and she really nailed the feeling of everything.

This book will not disappoint you and I promise when you think you have it all figured out, K Mod throws in her infamous twists and you’ll be as shell shocked as I was. You may figure out most of the story before the end, but you’ll never guess everything.

The Reunion is definitely a party to die for.

Slow to go, but picked up, got annoyed by the main character but side characters kept me interested. Story was a mix of mystery and redemption arcs. Quick wrap up, wish it gave more of a pay off.

After one of her best friends was found dead days after prom and a heated altercation, Cait Du Bois was forced to leave her hometown. Even though the police found no evidence against her and how many times she swore her innocence, the town of Spider Lily was never the same. Ten years later, Cait is back for her high school reunion and determined to stand up tall and show that she has nothing to hide. During the days leading up to the reunion, Cait gets to catch up with an old friend and meets a mysterious new friend, who ends up being a lot more than she bargains for. Will Cait be able to finally stand her ground and show Spider Lily she has done nothing wrong or will it once again chew her up and spit her out?

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Kiersten Modglin for sending me this advanced copy in return for my honest review. After reading every single one of KMod's books - this definitely reaches the top as far as favorites go. This held my attention (as all her books d0) and felt suspenseful, creepy, and as always had some twists and turns. KMod does an excellent job of character development in this one and it made me change teams with how well she executed characters. I've said it before and I'll say it again, KMod can do no wrong. Excellent thriller, excellent characters, excellent book.

I loved it. It was the perfect amount of thrill and relationship drama.

Its about a 10 year High school Reunion. It is at Hotel Lilith which holds terrible memories for Cait Du Bois. The darkest night of her life happened within its walls.

You get past and present timelines. All comes together at the end, and I didn’t see it coming.
