Okay, final thoughts... the sex is incredibly HOT, minus a few weird scenes and most of those were with Diesel. The overall story is quite horrible and cliche. It's cheesy with plot holes and inconsistencies all over the place. The character development and relationships are not believable. However it was fun and Roxy is pretty damn hilarious.

I should have read the description before reading this, and I should have DEFINITELY read content warnings. This book is terrible, the only thing I like about it is the storyline away from the reverse harem dumpster fire

Predictable plot, reads like a fanfic w names changed to protect the copywritten. Some of the shmex scenes were good, but nothing I needed to bookmark for future use.

Thought I'd read it for the sake of booktok hype but it was pretty blegh.

This is def a book for a VERY specific kind of reader but I actually found myself enjoying most of it. The characters aren’t amazing but they aren’t completely terrible and the plot was mostly okay once you get over the selling-your-child aspect (not a spoiler-it’s on the back of the book)

Y’all need Jesus. And this is coming from an agnostic.

For real, the smut was awful, sounded like a bad gang bang po/rn film with some kind of copy of A Serbian Film. The plot? THERE WAS NONE. I remember I picked up this book because of TikTok obviously so I wanted to see what everyone was talking (curiosity killed the cat indeed) about but one girl talked about the approach to mafia and how they build family around friends, ehmmm, more than half of the book was only about sex and dirty talk, how is that building relationships?. They were like 5 out of 70 chapters in total about the plot and regret the time spent on this, but that’s my fault for not believing about how awful this was.

If you excuse me, I will go and wash my eyes with soap.

I got halfway through this and just didn't care anymore. I'll admit I was intrigued because knife play, but I then I rewatched Scream.
