I liked this a lot more than The Island of Doctor Moreau! I thought the character of the Invisible Man was super cool and interesting. Wells' stories are also super quick to read, at least in my opinion.

Do I have thoughts? Yes. Are most uncoherencible gibberish? Also yes.

This man was a better mad scientist than Victoria Frankenstien that is for sure!

Really well out thought invisibility I have to add that. I will let you know that it is bloody hard to write proper invisible humans with all of their pros and cons being acknowledged.

I also really liked the tone of the narrator.

This is a great book for people who enjoy mysteries or classic horrors! This book was published in 1897, the same year horror classic Dracula was published. This book focuses on the invisible man himself, and the main mystery is his motivation - no one understands why he does what he does until the end. It’s a short, fun read for those interested in this type of book!

Really liked this, it's not the average HG Wells book in the way that the concept isn't that cool but it's executed in a really fun and interesting way, also revolutionary for Wells I actually liked the characters. Griffin is really amusing. Over all, just a fun book.
